กรณีต้องการเลื่อนวันตรวจ สามารถทำได้ผ่านไลน์

โดยสามารถเลื่อนวันตรวจได้ไม่เกินกว่า 1 เดือน นับจากวันลงทะเบียนจองคิว
To postpone the booking date, please contact admin via Line Official. You able to postpone the date for no more than 1 month from the date of registration.

กรุณาเตรียมบัตรประชาชนหรือพาสปอร์ต ที่ตรงกับ ชื่อลงทะเบียน เพื่อยืนยันตัวตน
In order to verify your identity, please bring your ID card or passport that bears the same name as your registered name.

เมื่อถึงวันนัด ให้เดินทางที่ PCT Lab ในเวลาทำการ (07:00-17:00 น.)
Arrive at PCT Labotory at the scheduled day. (office hours 7:00-17:00)

You can take the test results to consult doctor via Agnos appication.
