We have a flexible work system — working in the office 2 days and remotely 3 days. This helps me manage my time freely. I'm really glad that the work I've done has had a real impact on healthcare.

It was an internship where I was truly given real responsibilities — including giving opinions and making decisions. I got to see the work from the very beginning to the point where it could actually be tested. I also had the experience of working with a hospital and receiving feedback directly from clients. Overall, I was really impressed.

Our team is always doing research — if something new looks interesting or worth trying, we adopt it right away. We constantly adapt to stay modern. The work here is also challenging and gives us the opportunity to create an impact on society.

It was a chance to practice planning too, since I had to handle everything on my own in this project. In the end, it turned out well, just as I had planned — which made me feel really proud of the project I worked on.

Working on a relatively complex project like PMS made me learn faster compared to other, less complex projects.

Each staff member has their own role, needs, and behavior. Designing a system or understanding the flow to strike a balance that works for everyone was quite a challenge.

Most of the work involved a lot of client interaction. So I'd say the thing I learned the most was understanding client requirements — what they truly want — and figuring out what we can offer that would benefit them the most.

In the Smart OPD project, I got to see the full picture and turn requirements into design — which helped me practice both UX and UI skills.

Communication is really important — we have to choose our words carefully, especially for sensitive topics. We also need to practice empathy and create materials to help our clients or partners understand how our product is good for them and how it benefits them. It's not just about working, but also about learning along the way.

We're like a family — you can ask anything or share any ideas freely. If we want to improve or build something, we can just propose it, regardless of hierarchy. Everyone can truly express themselves.
